Returns
At Pazazz we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Therefore we offer a 14 day return policy on products purchased from Pazazz.
- The product has not been used or damaged.
- All original packaging and tags are intact and not damaged
- You have notified us of your intention to return product within 14 days after it was received
We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the criteria above are not met
Once we have received the return you have the option of either a refund or to exchange for any of our other available products.
Exchanges
If you decide to exchange for another product and there is a difference in price we will either refund you the difference in the case of a shortfall or you will need to pay us the difference if the new product is of higher value than the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 2 days of us receiving the product.
The full price of the product purchased will be refunded.
Delivery fees where applicable will not be refunded.
