If I am not satisfied with my purchase will Pazazz refund me?

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products, however if in any way you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us (unused and with all its original packaging intact) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you fully.

My items haven’t arrived within specified delivery times on your shipping page. What can I do?

You will be able to track the status of your order using the tracking number and details sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will take full responsibility for non-delivery and reimburse in full if for any reason you have not received your purchase.

How will my item be delivered?

Will my information be sold to third parties?

Your information will never be sold or passed on to any third parties.

Does Pazazz keep my Credit Card info?

We do not store any of your credit card details

How do I know it’s safe to shop with Pazazz?

We are committed to keeping you and your information secure. We have a multitude of checks in place to protect your personal information. Payfast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption, this is the highest, level of encryption currently available.

What payment options does Pazazz offer?

Pazazz uses Payfast a secure payment gateway for electronic transactions in South Africa. Through Payfast we offer the following payment options:

  • EFT’s (bank transfers from any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified, no waiting periods)
  • Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard, with built in fraud protection)
  • Mimoney
  • Ukash
